Training courses on EU Consumer Law will concern judges from different regions/jurisdiction of Moldova which are interested in a complex resolution of consumer disputes based on EU framework and jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
This course concerns the origin, content and applicability of the principals of the consumer economic interests applicable in Republic of Moldova and Europe. At the end of the course, the audience will be well acquainted with the main issue of consumer’s rights and stakeholder’s duties in Moldova, especially in the European Union, from the theoretical and practical point of view, as well from the perspective of legal and political science.
