Dr.Hab.Olesea Plotnic is Jean Monnet Professor and Coordinator of the Jean Monnet project in EU Policies for the Protection of Consumer Economic Interests / EU4CONS. Ms. Plotnic Olesea holds a lawyer license and she is a CEDR mediator, specializing as an expert in Intellectual Property, European Business Law, Consumer Law, and Private International Law. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience in 4 languages. Author of about 60 scientific publications. Member of the Intl. Lab. EU Law of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (France), of the Center for the Investigation of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc (France), the General Secretary of the LCA "Henri Capitant". Winner of municipal science youth in the field of consumer law (2013); Diploma of laureate of the ASM for the promotion of the research of national jurisprudence in France (March 2014); Diploma of the ASM Young Researcher of the Year 2014 (2015).
Phd. Rodica Crudu is Professor Jean Monnet and key-expert of the Jean Monnet project in EU Policies for the Protection of Consumer Economic Interests / EU4CONS, Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations, ASEM. Academic coordinator of the JEAN MONNET module: EU Economic Aspects and Relations between the EU and the Republic of Moldova / EUREM. Jean Monnet project coordinator for EU innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship policies / EU2INNO. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience, experience in organizing large-scale international events and over 7 years of experience in designing and coordinating EU projects. She has published over 65 scientific publications both in national and international journals. In 2018 she was awarded by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research with the "Quality Crystal Award" for remarkable performances in the evaluation of educational programs and quality promotion in higher education in the Republic of Moldova.
Phd. Ilie Demerji is a member of the Jean Monnet project in EU Policies for the Protection of Consumer Economic Interests / EU4CONS., associate professor at the Department of "Private Law" at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. Dr. Demerji Ilie has six years of teaching experience in the fields of Law of European Union and Business Law and is teaching at Bachelor, Master and Doctorate level, in Romanian and French. He also has six years of translation experience at the National Institute of Light Industries in Boumerdès (Algeria). He has published about 40 teaching and scientific works, including 2 textbooks, and a monograph.such as ,, European Community Law"(2006)," European Union Law "(2017), the University course " Business Communitarian Law of " (2013), Methodical Guidance to "Communitarian Business Law" (2013). He has proven dynamism in the promoting teaching excellence in the field of Economic Law both national and international.
Ms. Elena Ciochina is assistant in Jean Monnet project on EU policies for the protection of consumers' economic interests / EU4CONS, magistrate in economics, PhD candidate in the field of private law. Mrs. Ciochina works as a university assistant at the private law department of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and at the National College of Commerce, specialized in professional ethics. Author of more than 10 scientific articles both in national and international journals. Research activities mainly concern European business law and consumer protection in the healthcare system. She is the holder of the Government Excellence Scholarship for 2019 for remarkable performances in doctoral studies. Graduate of Erasmus + Doctoral Mobility Program (Spain, Pamplona, UPNA). Censor at the Association of Legal Culture ”Henri Capitant” Moldavian branch. English Teacher, holder of the TOEFL IBT International Certificate.
